How do you see life?

I recently came across a story of a man describing his problems, his physical symptoms were very similar to so many. Obesity, high blood pressure, shortness of breath, upset stomach, and pain in his joints, but it didn’t stop there. He also described his diseased mind as well. Resentment, hate, jealousy, negativity, and lust. It could be that his physical condition had a lot to do with his mental and emotional health. Our thoughts will drain themselves into our bodies.

Matthew 6:22-23. “The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light, but if your eye is not sound, your whole body will be full of darkness”. Another way to say this is, the way you see things, the attitude you take, determines your thinking, and whether your whole being is filled with darkness, depression, or light and joy! It’s how we see our life that matters.

Thoughts are things and thoughts become things. The accumulation of your past thoughts have made you what you are today, challenge your thoughts, and you will change your life. Begin today to fill your mind with thoughts of faith, hope and love. I call them the big three and believe me, as you determine to allow thoughts of that caliber to have hold of your mind, you will notice new energy running through your body and life. Wake up with God’s praises in your mind and mouth; it will set the course of your day, and as the day comes to an end, remove any toxicity that tried to take hold of you that day. Do this for two weeks, and your life will change dramatically!
