Victory World Missions’ vision is to equip the local church and impact the world.

Our mission is how we are going to carry out our vision.

Dr. and Rob and Ginger Carman have 30 years of ministerial experience with 22 of those years spent pastoring. It is their desire to build a relationship with all the senior pastors and be a friend. Through relationships, we believe that most things are caught not taught. They want to be there, to encourage, pray, guide and add their insight into what a pastor faces in ministry.

Our desire is to give them a bigger world, one that brings them to the world. Our goal in missions has three phases. To train the national pastor and church leader, to build Bible schools and build churches. If we do those things well, we will impact our generation for Jesus!
